default, most wireless routers are configured as 'open', which equates
to free internet for all. It's a security hole bigger than the Grand

My sighted wife is going to just type all the specs here for you:
The router is a Zonet 802.11n, Model #ZSR4134WS. Wireless broadband for

Actually most of what you sent isn't all that important except to tell us
of the capability of the router.
You will need a bit of other information which you should find in the
router's getting started or manual or what
For some reason Windows Mail won't let me reply directly to your message. That

outgoing requests you will

I've been trying to figure out if a specific IP range is indicated on my
Linksys wired router for the addresses in my own network if that would
prevent outsiders from entering in to the system. Is this possible? The

Hi David.
I realize you probably have a specific reason for wanting to use IP

Hi all, is there a way to change the home page of my router? So if someone
connects, they are taken to an alternative page to their home page?

Hi, you actually need a wireless router. Don't know much about these,
but that's what you need in order to connect your computers wirelessly.
Access Points only provide reception to wherever they're installed up to
a certain distance, probably 10 metres or so, similar to bluetooth
technology.
