Hello all, With System Access's Remote Access feature, is it quite like Tandem, where I could connect to somebody's machine no matter where they are in the world, and help out with their computer? If so, does the other machine also have to have System Access like they have to have JAWS for Tan

well, the other person does need an account to e able to use it, however, the other person doesn't need to be running system access meaning they could load it, then if the other person uses jaws, they can unload it and the connection will still be going and load up jaws or other screen readers.
