I have folders in Outlook Express set up. Always before I could type
control+shift+v and type the first letter of the folder and then either type
enter or tab to okay and press space bar to move the message to the particular
folder. I also have tried the alt+f and o for copying to a folder and

have you tried going into the email rules, alt+t for tools then r for rules,
then m for messages? If you use that, you have two sets of rules to choose
from. Hit the tab key until you familiarize yourself with the 2 sets of
rules. If you are still having trouble, let me know and I'd be glad
