I haven't touched internet explorer since 2017 - google chrome is my go

dude, why use windows 8.1? Go get windows 10.
Windows Vista was the worst, windows 8.1 is slightly better, but
windows 10 has gone from really bad to being ok.

It has been slowly breaking down, not allowing me to use Internet Explorer and
email as I was used to.
I am in the process of switching to a Windows 8.1 laptop, but this requires me
