hi the question is what are you wanting to use it for. with only 800 watts it won't do much. it will run some lights and a power tool or 3 but that's about it. it won't run a hair dryer or a a larger TV. i wouldn't trust my computer on it be cause i am sure there isn't that much filtering on it.

Here's the short version. Energy efficiency. I've heard that a house built in this way can save an average of 50% on electric bills. I want an energy efficient home so that's why I'm looking at icf. I'm also looking at conventional construction with blow in insulation, preferably foam.

The induced signal in the amplifiers may be magnetic rather then electric. You may need to use thin steel. Roof flashing is a good source of it. Oh. Flat screens don't have deflection yokes do they. Try the aluminum foil first. It's cheep and easy to do. Ground it to the amplifiers.
