What really torques my jaws at Home Depot is whenever I ask a clerk for help finding something, they want to know what I'm using it for. For instance, I've ask them where I can find the number 8, one inch long, flat head, brass wood screws. Invariably they will say, what are you using them for?

I have 4 of them and I'm a total. Just keep a firm hold on it and your fingers clear of the bit. BTW, if it's a hand held router, move from right to left. That will keep the bit bighting into the wood. Left to right will cause it to skip and jump and makes it very hard to control. -
