I must admit my take is very simple on this.
If you want to see a different cross section then STAND FOR ELECTION or
persuade someone who is of that cross section to stand!
Oh, by the way the uni coordinator chappie sits on the board anyway,
although I can't remember if he has the right to vote...

your point is valid that the majority of players are not represented on the uku
commitee especially this year as all who are going for election play for top 8 clubs
or GB.
Granted i now play for chevron and compete in the top 8 at home and abroad but i also
play for Motion in co-ed
