I think the point Matt is making here is that if the best players played
mixed we could probably have acheived first place in mixed, but then those
players would not have played open and womens, and therefore we would have
got lower in those. We can't clone them and have them play in both league
Well the host nation gets to introduce a new sport doesn't it? Maybe we
should start a campaign to get Ultimate to be the one for 2012?

The important wording is 'recover the relevant position' i.e. the obstructed
player may step round the bloke who was in the way, to re-establish the 5
yards away (or whatever). He may not actually catch up his man
