`activate_platform.sh` script does not have a case to handle an `rfsoc` option.
However, RFSoC is supported within the tutorials.

tutorial for my RFSoC 4X2 board. I have installed Vivado 2021, MATLAB
R2021a, python3 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. So, I was following the tutorial and

documentation, but I couldn't find whether the casper 1Gbe yellow block can
be used on red pitaya designs. Can someone comment on this?
