Good question, but I have an extra twist to add to it. 1. Should Shaping be applied to DLCI 201? (I would shay yes) 2. Should Shaping be applied to DLCI 202 to prevent BR2 from taking all of the bandwidth or maybe Voice-adaptive shaping? This is all assuming that the HQ is just a t-1. Ed -

When you say the "CME is sending through its dialplan" do you mean it is sending its E164 numbers to be registered? If that is whtat you mean then the answer is that there is no way to get the UCM to send its E164 numbers to be registered. It simply doesn't offer them to the GK since a UCM
