Okaythis is killing me. I cannot figure out why this is failing coming
into BR2. I've got a soft phone HQP3 calling a soft phone BR2P4. They can
talk just fine. But if BR2P4 RNA's, then the call drops 100% of the time
instead of going to CUE. But HQP3 can call the queue hunt pilot, and
Actually, once I got Mark's explanation of it, it makes perfect sense (to me
anyway).
If you'll pull the CCM 4.1 SRND, there is a flowchart on page 10-40 that
shows how call processing works within a gatekeeper.

Okfinally found that one. The IP Address on the dial-peer was messed

to error out rather than just ringing non stop.
Now I have a different problem. If I call across the way via the GK trunk to

On the rack now (Pod 24). Cue is not answering calls, though the call history
report is showing the call hitting the module.
Config looks correct. I've reset the module, and am in the process of hard
rebooting the router.
Anyone got any ideas? Call control is setting up, and the module is
Perfect.
If you needed to accomplish this in the actual lab exam - they would
have the necessary files and FTP server set up for you on the
candidate PC.

I'm digging around on Cisco's site on this oneIt's a pain in the neck
when they do this (pull a feature) due to security issues when folks can
simply turn it off when it's not needed.

I just ended up putting filezilla on the pub. Would there be any way to
address this in the real lab if this came up? I guess there is the ftp
server in IIS in Unity... assuming it is installed.

Where would be a good place to set up the ftp server? I see the file on
the BR2 flash, but not sure where I can set up an ftp server. I tried on
my workstation PC but the EZVPN has me patted behind some 10 dot IP.

Shouldn't there be an initial configuration that we can load on the devices for
Lab1a? The only option for configurations we have to load are the final
