Hi All,
I need your help to know what all ports needs to be opened on Firewall for
this integration to work properly.
HQ = CCM 7.x Cluster , Unity VoiceMail, Meeting PlaceExpress , PSTN Gateway
Phones = SCCP
BR= CCME 3825 (H323)
Phones = SCCP
Both HQ and BR are connected via MPLS Link
I am trying to call forward all to a remote phone and then call forward
to the remote phones voicemail on no answer. Obviously the default
action is to forward no answer to the forwarding phone's vm box but I
want to change this. Is there a way anyone knows to do this?
Thanks

There is also a global configuration option to perform call routing based on
last forwarding device instead of first forwading device. The doc Aamir posted

This is a global property and as far as I know can't be set

Hy Joel,
Meet-me conference usage is in the xxx model end-user guide (I looked it up on

Intercom is in the feature and services guide including what phones are

If you have FRTS enabled on the physical interface (WAN) at HQ which is used

You may verify Run Flag under Service parameters. It should be True by

Hi Vik,
I saw the auto qos voip fr-atm in the proctors guide and was wondering

I'm probably doing something wrong but my solution was to create

Hi Mick,
Under your Virtual template you will have the following commands:
- ppp multilink - enables MLP;
- ppp multilink interleave - enables real-time packet interleaving;
- ppp multilink fragment-delay 10 - configures a maximum fragment delay of

We used auto qos when we produced the solutions. Your config that you posted
is pretty much the same as what auto qos voip fr-atm does except the
service-policy to invoke LLQ should be applied to the VT. Another important
ingredient within auto qos is FRTS on the physical interface.

You will need 2 qty PVDM2/16 for each branch router. The lab module on
hardware conference bridging will require it and the single PVDM2/16 will
not allow you to configure any sessions after your VWIC is up.
