The only difference I had the DHCP addresses being done by the HQ router once a phone gets its IP and TFTP info it would reg then reject. I actually had the exact same issue. I am using a 861 with 12.4.22T It was strange as soon as a SCCP answered a call it would say CM down. But the phone itself registered fine and appeared to work fine until you answered a call. The odd part is that it did it to CME and CUCM. It also did NOT a
