With the 2801 it matters which slot the card is in, I know slot#1 it will
work and slot#0 it. I'm not sure about the other slots...

I could not login too. I filled my email address in to the section New
customer. I then can login to the site but there is no longer work books.
All my downloaded workbooks are now expired or can not be opened as an error
