1) Need to know what partition will MVA use when calling the PSTN 916178632683.
In my lab, for Inbound H.323 GW CSS, I use css_internal which has partitions
pt-internal and ptsupport-hq. It has no access to RP 9.1[2-9]XX[2-9]XX in
pt-hq-ld.
But, Still option1 and call to 916178632683 worked.

Working through this lab I am able to dial 3001 and 3002 from HQ and BR1 but
when I try to call HQ or BR1 from BR2 Phones using 4 digit extension I get

This is UCM not being able to route the call. Can you check the CSS of the
trunk. Also check the Significant Digits for Inbound calls on the trunk.
If you have defined the CME as an H323 gateway in UCM then you will have to
make sure the CSS/Sig Digits on the H323 gateway are set correct.

never mind it was NOT set to 4. Thanks Vik!.

To rule out css/sig digits you could temporarily create extension

Yeah, I assumed the same thing that if the workbooks would be ‘shipping’ next
week that download would be available now. I just sent a support email cause I
can’t RTFM either.

Hello List,
What is the proper way to build a call route in cucm 7. As you all know
there is many ways to accomplish this task. I fully understand SLRGs and
they work great for basic calling but once you throw some redundancy and
TEHO into the mix things get funky really quick. I think I have
