Hi Jeff,
Can you shutdown the sub and let everything register to pub and then do
the testing? This way atleast we can eliminate the sub for
troubleshooting purposes.

I'm not sure I understand the question, but perhaps you are trying to break out
of the VM console window? Try CTRL+ALT.

I start the VM machine up and the CUCM boots, I then log in to CUCM CLI using
the Console option - how do I get back out the VM machine, CUCM

When I boot up any CUCM, CUC I log in but then it goes back to the log in line
again. The screen shows briefly

What do you mean by 'get back out'? To exit the CLI session within the CUCM
shell
It appears that my transformation is working. When dialing
91408425, the display on the phone says To 408425. And the
DNA analysis shows what the CUCM is going through process-wise. Yet I
am still not receiving any ISDN Q931 debug output on R1 and the phones
still receive a fast busy.

Yes, I have been having the same type of problems. The 7960s usually appear
to work fine. If I use a 7961 or 7971 for whatever reason they have
issues. For instance in some cases I can't call from hq to br1. The phones
will ring, but when I pick, there is no audio. Even though
Because the D-channel is backhauled to CUCM for MGCP gateways, you will
not see Q931 output on the router. Instead, you'll need to look at the
detailed trace files on the subscriber that the MGCP gateway is
