You could use a RL pointing to a LRG (defined in the device pool as say the
local call RG) for the local calls. For the Long distance calls you'd need
to use a specific RG.
Sorry this isn't much help but it's the best I can come up with as within a
site (for any given phone) you only have one devi
Hello all,
I have a question, when you have a site with 2 PRI's
1 dedicated for local calls only
1 dedicated for long distance only
how could you implemente LRGs ?

Did you check the routing from BR2 to HQ? All your problems suggest a lack
of connectivity from BR2 to the rest of the network. It's not unknown for
the startup configs to be horribly wrong (they all are, intentionally or
not, I'm unsure) in one way or another, so that could be your issue

So then I exited the IPPA service completely, and jus
Working on UCCX (Vol 1 Lab 12), and wondering if anyone's seen this

Matt,
You don't have to subscribe vociemail service as it would be enabled as
soon as you execute the SQL command.
if your phones are reaching voicemail when you press the message button
on the phone then its all good if not then try resetting the phones.

Lo and behold, I just hit the same issue, and got the same fix, courtesy
of Ryan :)
Note that changes need to be made on both HQ and BR2 routers, as
follows:
HQ-RTR(config)#interface Serial0/0/1:0
HQ-RTR(config-if)#no frame-relay traffic-shaping
HQ-RTR(config)#interface Serial0/0/1:0.2 po
Hello -
I have been having MWI issues with CUC. Basically, the MWI light does
not turn on. CCIETalk had the same (or similar) problem. Today, I was
able to reproduce the issue and verify that my fix worked.
Basically, once you activate the AXL service on CUC and start it, it

I just recently had the same issue. It started popping up out of
nowhere. I opened a support requested with Proctor Labs and got it
figure out. This worked like a charm for me. The following is a quote
from support:

Been racking my brains and burning up lots of rack time (and support's
time as well) over this one. Would greatly appreciate any insights.
Suddenly, I am having major issues getting my softphones registered to
the BR2 CME router. This started last week on Voice Pod 14. Since it was

Hi Matthew
Thats exactly how it should look like. If everything works fine, the service
should be added with an "Enterprise Subscription" which means that it is
available on all phones without the need to be manually subscribed.

I cannot get the VoiceMail service to be an available service to
subscribe to. Initially, there was no VoiceMail phone service. No
problem. I executed the SQL statement on the Publisher to add it. I
could then see it under Phone Services. It was set to Enabled.
However, when I go t
