What is the extension configured in CUC? 4 digits? If so, then it won't work. Your number you have configured here in SRST is the full 10-dig extension. You would have to add a redirecting voice translation-pattern to match 4-digits to go out and hit the correct extension in CUC. On Thu, Sep 16, 2
