I have UC integrated w/SIP to UCM. So far so good, my phones (HQ and BR1) can dial directly to the Voicemail route pattern and login to their mailbox. The problem is when BR1 phone calls HQ and vice versa and gets forwarded to voicemail.there is just a fast busy on the calling phone. Any id

Hey Drew, Mathew already got it but I wanted to share that I run a vm on my laptop so if I have to ever do this in the field, start up my VM, set it up on their LAN and point phones at it just for firmware changes like this, so much easier on CUCM. Hope this tip helps for those in the real world

Hey guys, I am in the middle of the session. BR2Ph1 has the SIP firmware loaded. I have to register it to BR2CME with SCCP firmware. How can change its firmware from SIP to SCCP. Because of it is a remote phone, I cannot change the TFTP IP address from the phone. Any comments? *--* *Dew Swen *
