I'd check ip routing. rtp from uccx may be routed to the gw, but not to the
ip phones?

My HQ Ph1 can choose option 5 then follow by 4 to view the messages while
other phones such as HQ Ph2 and BR1 Ph1/2 didn't have the option 4 same as a
lot of others in the comment.
Then you surely know to raise the matter with cert support? :)

Unfortunately, that didn't help. I erased dspfarm profiles and sccp
ccm group. Deleted media resource group list, media resource group and
transcoder and MTP. Then I configured it from scratch. However that
didn't help. I added MRGL to gateway in CUCM and added MRGL to Call
control group in UCCX.

This might be an issue. Transcoder should be invoked by CUBE itself, not by
CUCM.
You should configure transcoder on the CUBE and register to
telephony-services running on CUBE as well.

What codec are you using with your ITSP provider? If it's g729 then in-band
dtmf is already lost even before it comes into your network.
Can you paste your providers invite message here? With SDP present? You can
find it in sdi traces,

If you pass your exam, you won't know your score. It's just a pass i think.

Hi,
I know that
If you pass the exam, it will say PASS in the block that he indicated was
blank. If you fail it, it would say FAIL. A blank box would indicate that
your lab hasn't been scored! This isn't good, as it has been over two days.
In this case, I highly suggest you contact certification support so that

Just double check that you actually have a voicemail for the other users
that are trying to use phoneview. Disable/enable globally and per user.
Other than that- check the Authentication URL in the Enterprise params.
Ensure hostname is replaced by UCM IPAddr. Seems to be a little flaky in
this
If you stop the UCM service this is the behavior. If you shut down the WAN
interface then the CTI RP/P will re-register.

From HQ Ph1, i can login as others and still have option 4 available. It

I had that exact same symptom. Turned out to be a missing configuration of

HI,
Just wondering if it should make a difference if I am running a HW VPN because

I tried several ways to put br1 rtr in srst no luck.
I've even manually configured the rtr with ephones and ephone-dn's
Everything looks configured correctly on CUCM
you will have to implemente access list for SRST to work properly
or create a new ccm-group with the pub server only
assign the ccm-group to the proper device pool
and when you're ready to test srst
just stop the ccm service on the pub
