in order to see the Users in the CUxAC console you will need to have
Telephone number assign to each user presenting his DN in the ccm DB
double check this pleaseit has been always the reason behind the
issue you are facing

My pstn router has only about 16mb free space on the flash. So, I had tried
to simply load the 7960 phone loads, in vain. I will perhaps erase the flash
and copy the CME7.0 tar. I need to read the CME docs.

what option or command do i have to take out inorder to the the q931 cause code
id 8081.. because i set it up and confired all the commands in the workbook and
everything is working fine..i can't generate the cause code 8081..

Always better to use RSVP. Use locations only if all routers don't support
rsvp. Example if your branch connects to HQ via a layer 3 vpn you can't do
rsvp with ISP managed routers.

Already checked that. The telephone number for new users have been setup
properly. I also checked the directory rules on the CUBAC server, all look good.
Logged a TAC case, be advised to restart the CTI manager and AXL service for a
try.
