On you gateway, do the following:
1. Debug cch323 h225 messages. Check if any h323 signaling is reaching the
gateway.
2. If signaling is received successfully, run the command debug voice dialpeer.
Check which dial peer is matched and whats the configuration of it
3. If no h323 signaling is rece

Verify the registration status of your Route List.
Try to reset it once.

Pls check your route list rl-test configuration & digit manipulations
etc.. in rg-test (under rl-test).
If you have done any digit manipulations in rg-test (under rl-test) , your
RP digit-manipulations will not work.
Add rg-test as Local Route Group for Device Pool

What does the rest of your configuration on the SRST router look like? Do
you have the requisite dial peers in place to direct calls from SRST
registered phones to the gatekeeper? Without that you're not going to get
very far...the SRST router has no knowledge of the callmanager gatekeeper

Just curious I have been playing around with a VG224 and was trying to
figure out if there is a way to tell if an analog phone is connected to a
port on a VG224 or 248? Sorry as this is a little off topic. Was hoping
someone may have stumbled upon this situation before.

In addition, I could see in GK debug output, that it send the ACF in reply
to ARQ from SRST.
But I cannot see any H225 message towards the CUCME from SRST.
The "debug cch323 h225" and "debug h225 asn1" does not gives any output
after receiving the ACF from GK.
SRST is not initating H225 to CUCME
Hello everyone,
I have a problem with SRST to Gatekeeper calls.
When the IP Phone are registered with CUCM calls to CUCME through GK works
just fine.
But as soon as I will shutdown the CUCM Service on all servers, so that the
IP Phones will register with SRST Router, the outgoing calls to CUCME

you can preserve BW using the Shape , but once you enabled the
priority Queue out , you will disable the shaping and the sharing and
the priority Q will be always served until it will be empty .

Hi Experts,
Is it possible to reserve bandwidth for the priority queue in egress
queuing using the command
Switch(conf-if)# srr-queue bandwidth shape 4 4 4 4
Switch(conf-if)# priority-queue out
In this case will it reserve 25% bandwidth for queue 1 (which is the
priority queue) OR will it serv
Is your UCCX server 'In Service'? If so, try restarting the CTI Manager
service in CUCM. If not, you will need to take a look at the event logs and
traces on the UCCX server to see what may be going on.

Hi Gregg,
Yes, you are missing the dots after the MWI ON/OFF number. The reason why
CUE is not seeing the MWI on/off numbers is because an MWI "outcall" is
made by CUE in the following format:
- - - - - - - - > For switching MWI on
- - - - - - - - > For switching MWI off

Hi Sonu,
So for a call on the Branch site, I can think of a few scenarios:
1. Call coming in for an IP Phone at the branch site from the PSTN.
2. Call being made from a phone at Branch Site 1 to another phone at Branch
Site 1.
3. Call being made from a phone at Branch Site X to a phone at Branch
Thanks. That was the issue.

Running into a silly problem with my CUE where the MWI isn't seen by the
wizard nor does it work. Wizard sees the users/DN's so the web

Hi,
your configuration is ok. You will define the codec, which is actually used,
inside CUCM with Region Settings. And Settings in the Enterprise and Service
Parameters, as well.
