You need to add rules for the other direction as well (pub and sub to the phone). Otherwise the phone still receives keepalives. So you need to add these to your access list: deny ip host 10.10.210.10 host 192.168.12.12 deny ip host 10.10.210.11 host 192.168.12.12 DQ d...@cisco.com

Honestly, it's easier and faster to just record it in UCCX (assuming you're on 7 or lower). Create a script with an accept, a record, and an end. Make an app / trigger pointing to the script, call it, record your prompt and press #. The file that gets recorded is in the c:/program files/wfavvid/

So I have a RP that is "900.1408XXX" that is set to PreDot / Prefix + That is pointing to a RL that has 2 RG's, they both are set to PreDot for the called number and they prefix site specific access codes. When calls go to the "SiteB" RG the "To:" field on the phone shows the +1408XXX as
