Hi Steven,
Did you configure the web server / CME web interface in the router?
ip http server
ip http authentication local
ip http path flash:GUI
telephony-service
dn-webedit
time-webedit
web admin system user admin pass cisco
I think only the first 1-3 commands are likely to be necessary to get
Check if ip http server is enabled on CME Router
I guess you already did no create cnf-files / create cnf-files

Hi
First thanks all of you for your inputs
As I said we have one HQ Router with many branches connected with this HQ
Router through metro Ethernet over the MPLS
We need a redundant scenario if the metro is down at the branches
Let's say that the metro going down in the one branch
Then how

I'm pretty sure I had all of this minus the authentication local command –
would this cause the services not to propagate to the phone though? When I go
to the device settings, http, the URL's aren't there.

All,
please correct that authenticate url is wrong .. the right one is url
authenticate http:// CMEipaddress/CCMCIP/authenticate.jsp, not the url
authentication http://IP OF CUE/voiceview/authentication/authenticate.do.
Thank you
krishna.

Hi Chrys,
So essentially you need a backup trunk, which doesn't use your main
Ethernet circuit. If you don't use PRI or analog line (which would be a
separate circuit from main Ethernet) you'd need another separate circuit,
like Internet broadband (any technology). Then you could have a SIP Trunk
Krishna,
When using voiceview with CME the voiceview authentication url is used in
place of the normal CME url. This allows cue to control the phone, needed
to play messages in voiceview.

Kevin,
we all under wrong assumption of using url authentication, if anyone used lab 5
workbook, it is clearly cited that url authentication were wrong except for
voiceview, in fact the url for authentication should be the CME ip not the CUE
ip... when we do integration with via web gui then
Hi,
Just have a look at this
http://blog.ipexpert.com/2010/11/15/voice-view-express/
It's the CUE version matters.
Thanks

All,
I'm in WB2 Lab 4, have done a factory restore on the CUE module, gone through
initial setup successfully.
When I try to login to the GUI via http://10.10.202.2/Web/index.html, it says
'waiting for 10.10.202.2/Web/Common/HomePage.do' and nothing shows up, blank
page. Both IE and Firefox.
What happens if you use 10.10.110.3 in the url?

Still no dice either way. Trying 10.10.110.3 doesn't work at all.
Thanks for the suggestions.
