Any one has faced issues in connecting to HQ 3750 Phone 1 in Proctor Labs?
I am facing the issue for the third time continuously on two different PODs.
Cross checked the configs i can not find any differences even after comparing
with the Proctor Guides.
I am really stuck on this

i am on pod 34. configurations looks fine. Layer one is also fine as per
proctor lab support. Unable to reach the phone.
Need some guidance how to go further. May be i am missing any steps here.

Status: Phone has got correct DHCP IP

Check your dhcp setup specifically default-router, keep in mind that HQ1 is
normally 10.10.200.3 on voice vlan, not 10.10.200.1. (Just a guess on which
gateway your working on)

Can it be something with the phone hardware?
Even if the firmware is on SIP still should be able to ping isnt it?

Currently i am using software vpn client to connect to my rack session. Using
IP Blue clients, IP Communicator etc.. to practice the work books. How ever i
am confused whether i may need hardware phones to test out the specific
features like + dialing, etc..moving forward.
