On the callmanager make sure you set the significant digits to 4 so that it
strips the 1# when it hits the trunk on ccm. Careful this might break any teho
config that you might be sending to ccm.

Yes it does.. if you are using VMWare images and re-ip the virtual CCM guest
machines and update the servers IP addresses via the CCMAdmin Page- this "node
ID" can get skewed... you will have to go in to the SQL tables via SQL
Enterprise manager and change them back.

Check the CSS on the voicemail ports.. probably can't dial out to the
PSTN number due to CSS restrictions.

Rtp-nte means you are sending the DMTF signaling inband with the rtp...
add a low bandwidth codec i.e. G729 and then cRTP on top and your DTMF
relay can become - sort of speak lost.. which is why you want to send
the DTMF out of band..

Bottom line (in my opion).. I you want to communicate with CISCO CCM
Clusters (including legacy CCM 3.x) and NON-CISCO H.323 endpoints use
the h.225 trunk.. When connecting CISCO to CISCO CCM Clusters use the
"Intercluster Trunk (Gatekeeper Controlled Trunk)"
