Make sure you checked the "enable" box when you created the service, then subscribe the phone to the service. It'll show up on the Services key. If you want it as a "line key" you have to add a SURL key and attach it there after you subscribe the phone to the service. DQ d...@cisco.com Sent f

When you say your ICD Device - are you speaking of two CTI Ports that do not show as registered - but your CTI Route Point does show as registered? I would go over and check things on the UCCX box. Check the JTAPI Subsystem - do a "check sync status" (not in front of me so forgive the sli
