I've just checked this, and it is indeed the bug below that's the issue.
I resolved it in the lab with the following two commands (based on the info
in the bug)...
run cuc dbquery unitydirdb select * from tbl_alias
[This showed me the contents of the table so that I could work out the old
domain]
I ran into the same issue, I suspect it might be the bug below, but only
found it 10 minutes after my slot finished so can't test...

to set it to something else, save it then set it back to the original and save
it again.

All,
CUC allows all callers to record a message - caller can review message before
sending it fine - but outside caller (PSTN or CUCM / CCME callers without a
mailbox on the system) messages for a subscriber are never delivered to the
subscriber's mailbox. Subscriber to subscriber messages work
