What sometimes happen to me is Menu show server is up ,but not reacble and
actually is not up. And support will turn on

Amr I misread your initial request and thought that it was an
issue with a lab configuration. The issue was that the server was powered
off. I have powered it on and it will be ready in about 5 minutes.
