I've heard Skaggs do some mighty fine bluegrass pickin'. Like Vince Gill (whom I can't stand as a singer), Skaggs is a master of several instruments. Marty Stuart would be another one. They did have Clarance White ranked pretty high. Many guitarists would think Brent Mason should be included.
