I installed Active Sync 3.1 and plugged in the cradle to an available USB port. Win2k detected the port and everything seemed to install fine. So, I plug my iPAQ in to the cradle and it attempts to connect, making the 'connect sound', but after several seconds, it makes the 'disconnect' sound. T
