I'd feel bad - been there, done that. Matter of fact, I did have a loose Internet connection. But the ATT cable guy replaced a section of coax and put a new tight connector on the cable, then it worked blazingly fast again. I'd also feel bad if I were to lose my Internet connection. :-)
