I think a lot depends on the scale we are talking about. Personally I like paper and pencil. Project management classes, which teach you to deal with things like building networks for the Air Force and manufacturing plants for Intel, all seem to be pushing MS Project. You don't need a product for this task.  Just go to Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Local Security Settings/IP Security Policies on Local Computer and edit the Server item.  Add a filter to allow TCP traffic to your port 80 from anything anywhere. Then make sure you disallow all other IP tra
