I dunno, but I flew Blue Hawaiian which has the ECO-stars. I felt
totally safe, and liked their line maintenance practices which I know
something about. Not only did they do all the right things but

Do you have any suggestions, comments, pros/cons on various

I was there last march and stayed at the Hilton Waikaloa on the Big
Island. For islands, that's my recomendation as it's got everything:
mountains, beaches, gardens, luxury, adventure, etc.

It's great but from my visitor's perspective the Big Island is better.
There's just more to do. If there's a specific property on Maui that
I has planning to spend whole vacation at then I'd do it, but if you
want to adventure about, explore

Spend an hour and half in one of the time share presentations then the
helicopter ride is free. Just don't get suckered into buying anything.

What is your price point? The Grand Wailea is supposed to be kick-ass, but
major bucks are involved. I've stayed in the Marriott Wailea- nice place.
If you want a little different feel, have you considered renting a house or
condo? I have a buddy who rents properties in Maui just for that

It rocks! They serve you frozen grapes and spritz your face with
Evian while you bake in the sun. let's not forget the excellent bar

he, that's funny. my wife and i have four weeks at a marriott timeshare now
(newport coast), but we don't use it, we trade it. the trade value is two
weeks at any resort in the worldwide network, plus a week at a marriott
hotel anywhere in the world, plus two business class roundtrip tickets

Wow, sounds like a great deal,
They have partnerships with lots of airlines, I don't have the full list.
The timeshare prices depend on location and when in the development cycle
you buy. Newport Coast is in the last phase of development and prices have
gone up quite a bit. I would roughly say the cost of one week is the cost
