When we last left our daring hero, the Best Buy manager had assured
him that getting a bad iPod from the refurb factory was an anomaly.
"I've only know of one other case where a bad iPod came back from the
repair facility." Our hero acquiesced and accepted another
refurbished unit in replacement.
