Beth- Good point about the enormous quantities. I'm not a "gorge" eater, except once in a great while at a Chinese buffet or Todai :-) But if I eat moderate amounts of food and don't exercise, I don't lose. Without exercise, especially aerobic, it just doesn't work... I lost 35 pounds and w
