Well.. sorta. But not because of ICT - that's common to both formats.
Also remember that both formats are still the same physical format (a 5 inch
optical disc). T

And even without HDMI the lower priced model can still deliver HD via
component.
While this may be true for games, blue ray movies (and HDDVD for that
matter) will only output HD via a HDMI port, it is an integral part of the
DRM. No HDMI means 480p for your movies, i.e.: DVD quality. This mean

Controlling anything with the tilt controller is ridiculously
difficult. I used one of the sidewinder joysticks that had the
technology on the pc, and it just is not a good method for input. You
would be better off with a proper joystick or the thumbsticks.
I don't see anything innovative from Son

I was talking to a guy here at work about the fact that it is going to not be
including things form the board like hdmi and the card reader. How the hell do
they expect to keep up with demand of this new console if they are basically
making 2 different machines. They should have gone the Microso

I had a motion sensitive PC game controller for ages.
THe one where you could tilt it left to move left etc.
Never helped me with games. And if the controller is shaped the same
as the dual shock I can't see anyone using it as anything other than a
normal controller.
Tilting the thing just wasn't
Thats crazy that it costs $100 more for only 40 more gigs. You can buy 400gb
for 160 today. Wonder if you can put your own hard drive in. Bluetooth is cool.
Wonder if they will allow other things to hook up to it. Like a bluetooth
headset. I thought it would be cool to use the same headset that
I think that the Blu-Ray player, backwards compatability, and hard drive
will make this the gaming system.
Unfortunately I won't be able afford it for a while. Maybe I'll break down
and buy a Revolution. I have heard it is only going to be around $200.00.

Like super-duper, nifty keen.
Hard drive standard ($499 for 20 Gig and $599 for 60 Gig) and a complete
worldwide launch by mid November.
Some other stuff:
+) The controller is almost exactly like the current Dual Shock except it's
fully motion sensitive (with no sensor needed) and wireless (Blue
