Works the other way around. Israel (don't know about the UK) sends their specs for customization to the US for manufacturing. They just did that with a fighter design which is kick ass. 20 years in development and the beast wasn't done.  I'm glad to see it whacked. The military really likes their weapons programs.  They provide PILES of money and lots of jobs, so for this project to be killed after billions were spent, somebody must have said "It's a dog, put it to sleep." C
