If you put in container gardens, do so at a height that is comfortable for you
to work at. Like placing the planting bed at 32", and make them just deep
enough to reach at least halfway across. That's the beauty of containers as
opposed to traditional gardens.

I just had to install a new electric circuit in our house. Whenever
we were on the treadmill in the workout room, the overhead light would
strobe so it felt like you were working out in a disco! I still hate
working around insulation though. It seems I can never get it off my
body :(

Of course, some of us know quite a bit about hardware stores. I, for
example, know that they are places where I can get tools that convert
electricity into severed body parts, nailed body parts, dented body
parts, etc.

Lowe's would be the best place to look. If you want to pay the $ for
it, I suggest the aluminum ladder that hinges in three places. They
will work as a regular ladder, a stair ladder or a flat scaffold.
For safetly, tie a rope to your waist and to the ladder.
