It should actually be pretty easy to run this kind of like a mutual fund  You have 12 people who put in $60.00 creating 60 shares..  Sixty lottery tickets are bought, and $30.00 is won.  Each share/ticket is valued at $0.50.  So a person who sent $5.00 has $2.50 and a person who sent $20 has $1
