This is good to hear. I've been thinking of signing up but was scared off by
reports that lately turna
I;ve been a netflix customer for a few years now. I have never had that
happen. I usually get a new DVD within 2 days of returning my old one.
That hasn't changed at all.

That's expensive.
£8 is roughly $15 these days.
That's the price Blockbuster charges for unlimited movies a month.
So IMO it's overpriced if they limit you.

Still - I think that the tide may be turning. Blockbuster, Walmart and now
Amazon.com (rumored) are all getting into the game. All of them have the
resources to undercut NetFlix signific

Anyone notice that Blockbuster lowered their price to $14.99 a month. I'd
still rather pay the extra $3.00 and get my dvds faster.

When compared to a walk-in store like Blockbuster, I'd think Netflix
has a huge upper hand. Blockbuster has thousands of (relatively
small) locations all ove
The most it has ever taken us to get DVDs back is 3 days. It's usually 2
days. I assume we're not right next a center though, so we'll never get
1 day treatment.

I second this one ...
I signed up for Blockbuster over the holidays (2 week free membership)
and it took a week to get the DVDs. Watched and returned one RIGHT AWAY,
took 3 days to get back to Blockbuster, they sent out the next DVD that
day, and it took 5 days for that DVD to get the house. Needl
I recently signed up for Blockbuster it was taking up to a week to get dvds
(this was during the holidays). I then signed up for Netflix and tend to get
dvds the day after they recieve it from me. Now that the holidays are over
Blockbuster is still taking 2 - 3 days longer per dvd than NetFlix.
>>Has anyone experienced that? ( Since I'm not a subscriber, obviously I
haven't).
nope. one time I received a disk that had a huge crack in it, they just sent
me another one and had me return the damaged. mine take like 2 business days
to get to me, which is fine.
