Election fraud is a serious problem.
Like this case, it usually involves absentee ballots. Can't wait to get
internet voting going. No way that can be compromised.

Unless I misunderstand that video, it was caught by the vote counting
process. They typically count in-person votes and then absentee votes. She
had already voted in person, her absentee vote would have been discarded.
That's my understanding of the normal process, though they might do it
differen
