then close down IE, re-open it and try again
Sometimes IE gets it's panties in a bunch and decides that all links are now

Seriously, though, I would ask the client what browser they have and try
that (maybe it's AOHell which is a nightmare in itself). Also, have them
try to refresh the page when it happens to see if it changes. If not, have
them send you the current URL f

Second get a copy of the server logs to see if someone has banged around
in the files.

is missing a target in the href...
