Darn! No one was supposed to notice I have been in the shadows. I was
here years ago when trying to learn CF5 for a project.
I signed on under this name to post on cf-job for a "tutor and

side-tracked and haven't found my tutor yet! :-)

Thanks for the info.
Although I back up things to an external drive, my wife is starting to get a
little paranoid. She fears a lightning run in. Five or so bucks a month

I have our documents stored on at least 4 different hard drives here
at the house, plus I use Mozy for documents as well as other stuff,
like my Apache configs, etc. My wife backs up just her documents and
pictures I believe.
For $9.00, its a steal.

I use Mozy for my computer and my wife's computer. I think it costs
$9.00 per month total for unlimited storage. I have had to restore
some files a few times and it works great.
It does take a while for the initial 'backup' to complete, but it was
less than 2 weeks for me.

Jerry,
I used Mozy for quite a while which is very similar. Worked fantastic. The only
problem is the initial backup which took 2+ weeks. Mozy was $5 a month for
unlimited online storage space which seemed like a pretty good deal. I've
actually been looking at signing back up.
