Not too smelly. If you keep their bedding clean as well as their ears
they're just fine. Its a good suggestion about keeping some sort of
bell on them, as they can slip through some of the smallest of
places. You may also want to get them microchipped. It helps in
ID'ing them.

I'm sure Larry will tell you they are the best possible pets ever and that
of course they can be litterbox trained.
In my experience though, they don't always get it in the box. And they're
smelly. And good luck keeping them just upstairs if you aren't keeping them
