yeah thats just it. he is 6' i am 6'2"
i way 220lbs he may be same or a little higher.

fits. Stearns makes an excellent product. You might also consider a step up
from Stearns if it is in your budget.
You just need to make sure that the vest is rated to support your/your buddy's
weight.
