go in the walls before they put drywall up?
Enough electrical outlets, especially where you dont think you'd want one,
eventually you do, and wire

heh. i didn't do flickr because of any of the "social networking"
aspects. just needed a place to host photos and it fit the bill:
1) unlimited storage (for a modest fee)
2) ability for family/friends to view photos without signing in (i hate that)
3) ability to order prints and pick up at targe
Okay, I just got into Flickr myself (no, I don't have a MySpace page either
-- sue me) so I could post pics of our house as it's being built ...
Now I can't stop!! FLICKR RULES!!
