I wilt some diced onions and sweat some garlic together then add diced tomatoes, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper and cook it about 10 to 15 minutes minutes. If you skin the tomatoes before dicing the sauce will be better, but if you like the cooked skins, leave them on. Everything is to taste

so i have a crop coming in.. i need to whip up a nice dinner for my hun tonight. i have a pound of bioticFree beef and 8-12 tomatoes. so would like to make a simple sauce. reading all the normal stuff on cooks.com but do any of you have any simple recipes? ~
