It is a nice place, more like a traditional seaside resort than many places on the coast - its even got a pier. The national library of Wales is also there if you fancy a read :) Drive down the coast to Fishguard and you can jump on the ferry to take day trips to Ireland too. - Original

There are no restrictions as far as I am aware, but in some areas there are problems with local feelings - mainly the ones with high unemployment where local people may have difficulty matching the prices paid by 'incomers'. That tends to mainly be in the north of Wales though. Try a
