12/day for our little ones (x2)
and when they come back, they are SOOO STOKED to
see us for like 5 minutes, then they all ALWAYS pass out... like
man, we had a fun time while you were away (prolly more fun than you)
so we are just gonna lounge

Not much point in doing that. If it's risky to take them, go with the local
kennel. I understand the dilemma though, even if it might seem silly to some
people. I only took vacations without Taz a handful of time

just want them to have as good a time as we will.
where my folks live i cant take them off leash due to wolf, mountain
lion & bear.
also will be doing a bit of restrictive stuff, like camping on an island.
state ranger "richard" does not approve of dogs...

I'd say it also depends somewhat on the temperament of your dogs and how well
they handle the separation. Mine tend to be very attached to me and I seldom
leave them behind unless they can stay with friends that

10 per day for first dog in day care
8 for 2nd dog
sounds expensive.
but they are up there in angies list.
30 minute drive for me but local places are 30
